MRI breast 1/25/2008 History: Question ruptured implant on the right side Comment: Axial fat-suppressed T1, coronal and axial water suppressed proton and T2, sagittal proton and T2 spin echo images were performed through the breasts bilaterally. Bilateral silicone breast implants are present. The left breast is intact. The right breast demonstrates the so called linguine sign. The urethane capsule has been ruptured and is folded up internally within the breast. The silicone appears to be contained by the fibrous capsule.
